In the spring of 2008, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. My doctor was very thorough and always gave it to me straight.

He said, "You have arthritis and over time your discs will deteriorate to the point where you will need assistance with walking, you may even need a wheelchair." At the time I wasn’t walking with the Lord. So, I continued to deal with the chronic pain on my own, with little hope of a solution.

My job requires a lot of physical movement and heavy lifting. Soon pain became a regular part of my life-some days manageable, other days overwhelming. Years passed, but in 2018, everything began to change.

I got back into church and rededicated my life to Jesus Christ. That decision marked a turning point—not just spiritually, but physically as well. During that time, members of my church gathered around me and prayed over my body, asking the Lord for healing.

Even after those prayers, I still experienced pain - some days worse than others - but something was happening beneath the surface that I couldn’t yet see.

I went in for a scan in the fall of 2018. It showed that the arthritis had not worsened. Considering the nature of degenerative disc disease, that alone was unexpected. As the years went on, additional scans continued to show the same thing—no progression. What should have been getting worse… wasn’t.

I truly believe that was the healing touch of Jesus. Even when I still felt pain, God was at work, holding things in place, preventing further damage. His hands were on me long before I fully realized it.

In 2025, my sister invited me to Flow Church. From the moment I stepped in, I experienced something different. I had never felt the Holy Spirit move in a church the way I did there. It is powerful, undeniable, and deeply personal.

One of my first Sundays at Flow, I felt the healing hand of God on my back. It wasn’t just emotional—it was real. It was physical and transformational! A person didn’t touch me that day. I was just worshipping and God healed my body!

Since then, everything has changed.

Where I used to have pain three to four times a week, I now have had none in months!!!

What once felt like a constant struggle is now my testimony of God’s faithfulness and healing power!

I know without a doubt that Jesus has touched my body. He didn’t just stop the progression—He brought healing. My journey has shown me that even when we don’t see immediate results, God is still working. He is faithful, He is present, and He is our healer. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for your healing touch!! Four years ago my then 8 year old son was diagnosed with leukemia. This meant big, difficult changes for our family of six. We spent so much time at the Children’s hospital it seemed like a bad dream we could not wake up from. Then, this past year my son who was already dealing with leukemia depriving him of what should have been a normal childhood, was also told by his oncologist that they had found bone cancer. His prognosis was not good.

By a strange coincidence I began talking to a congregation member at Flow Church. I live a few hours away and now know this was absolutely a friendship ordained by God. She spoke so confidently about faith and healing, and the power of the Holy Spirit, also about Gods desire always being to heal. She said “MY GOD is in the miracle business!” It was very foreign to me and definitely sounded too good to be true. Even though what she said sounded far-fetched, I kept listening because I needed hope that somehow God would give us the miracle my son needed.

My hunger for the word of God grew. I had a million questions, and I began to watch Flow Church sermons online. Soon after I started talking with the leadership at Flow about my son’s condition. I shared what I had previously been taught. They very gently showed me from scripture what the truth was found in Gods word. They showed me from scripture the character and nature of God and His desire to heal. They never once judged or condemned my situation or my misunderstanding of the Bible. Instead, a few weeks before Christmas my original friend from the congregation and the Flow Church pastors prayed for my son. They were very confident the Lord had done a work in my son’s health. Initially I saw no change. Then he needed less and less medication. The following week we had our regular check-up at the Children’s Hospital. We were elated to learn just before Christmas 2025 that no trace of cancer could be found in our son’s body! Jesus is our Healer!! All glory belongs to Him!

My car was unexpectedly totaled. In my pursuit to purchase a new vehicle I was met with barrier after barrier as well as issues with missing work (and wages) and even having unexpected hassles with the rental car company. My spouse and I both attend Flow Church. We were a bit discouraged over this. Our pastors encouraged us that God was going to come through in a big way. We chose to stand on Gods promises and to believe in His faithfulness to always come through. We committed to not speaking doubt over the situation, even when it wasn’t working out in our timing and things seemed to be coming against us.

God came through! We have since gotten a new vehicle with every feature we desired! We also received payments we were not expecting, which was a tremendous blessing! We are learning more and more about how blessed and favored we are by God. The word and life spoken at Flow Church is Bible based, alive and power packed! My family and I were struggling to pay our monthly expenses. We both work, but due to some large unexpected family needs we were coming up short.

Through sermons on tithes and offerings our hearts and perspectives changed. We began to focus on obedience and on what God instructed in the scriptures. We came to understand our covenant rights concerning giving. That God instructs us to give because He already has tremendous blessing already planned for us!

Initially we did not think we could give according to what scripture says, however, we gave our appropriate tithe as well as sowing seeds with intention and expectation. We prayed to God that our bills would be covered not by us, but by God because we didn’t know exactly how it would all work out. The leadership at Flow church provided overwhelming evidence from scripture on the importance of standing in faith and standing on the word of God. By Gods hand every bill was paid-with money that was provided to us each and every month from unexpected sources! Eight of us booked a vacation and tickets to attend a Bible based conference in Florida. A few months before we were scheduled to depart a man I had never met came forward and reached out to a congregation member at Flow Church. He said while he was attending his own church service one county over from ours the Lord spoke to him to pay for all 8 of us to go to Florida, to pay our airfare, rental car, meals, even spending money! We were all so floored that the Lord led this man to do this. We had such an amazing time and have this beautiful testimony of Gods faithfulness to even the little things! In March 2026 I went to two separate appointments, 2 different physicians, both told me I had a 2 cm sized lump in my chest. It is not that I denied what I felt in my body, but I knew the report from each doctor was not something from God, but instead an attack on my body from the enemy.

I went to a service at Flow Church March 22, 2026. I agreed in prayer with a pastor that at my upcoming appointment the physician would find nothing because Jesus is our healer!! We rejoiced together in faith that we received the report of the Lord AHEAD OF TIME. I went to my follow-up appointment the 27^th of March with expectation that the new tests would find nothing!  A few days later I received my test results-NO LUMP & NO CANCER! All glory to God! Flow Church is so welcoming! It is a !00% Bible based church, nothing added or taken away. Through Pastor Rob & CC’s teaching I have learned to understand how much God loves ME! By hearing the truth of God’s Word I am finally living the life God intended for me-full of peace, joy and hope! I now know that God’s promises are for ME-personally! Earthly events had put a heavy blanket over my heart. I stopped attending church. It happened subtly and I didn’t realize the weight or consequences of allowing that to happen. A friend invited my husband and I to attend the church he had been attending in Mansfeld, Pa called Flow Church. The first time we attended was a Sunday in August 2025. It was there I realized God had been gently pursuing after me. He had put someone in my path to help bring me back to Him. Since beginning to attend Flow Church I have grown more in the Word of God and His Kingdom principles than I even knew was possible. The anointing is tangible and the presence of God is undeniable in every service there! I thank God I found this church and this group of believers that have become like family! - M. Rush
